Game Review - JONAS

With all these Disney Channel shows being turned into games it was no surprise when Disney announced that JONAS would recieve a release on the Nintendo DS. But unlike some of it's predessecors JONAS is actually a pretty good game.

The game follows the Jonas Brothers in thier character form as the band JONAS. You play through five episodes of the series. There is a range of games to play including side-scrolling games where you play as one of the brothers and jump over obstacles and use your guitar for special moves.

There's also walkaround places in the game where you can interact with characters from the series including Stella and Macy and also runaway from crazy fans who can tear off your clothes. If your clothes do indeed get ripped you have to go to the Stellavator and fix your clothes.

There's also a range of mini games to unlock including "Strike A Pose" and "Leprachaun Hunt". At the end of each episode you also unlock "Performances" of songs from the TV series including the theme song "Live To Party" in which you must play guitar by using the directional buttons and stylus.

There's alot to do in the game and there's replay ability with ther Performances and Mini games. It's a great game that any JONAS fan will enjoy.

9/10
